
Effective August 17, 2024, the Oklahoma City MLS has implemented a new regulation from the National Association of REALTORS® mandating a written Buyer Agency agreement before showing any properties. The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission’s (OREC) Buyer’s Agreement, which mirrors the Listing Agreement in its structure, is designed to enhance transparency regarding the services provided by the Buyer’s Agent and as such how the Buyer's Agent is compensated.

The first step towards a successful Buyer/Broker relationship is an obligation-free consultation. This meeting typically lasts about an hour. During this consultation, we will discuss our services, clarify how our compensation is structured, and outline our negotiation strategies to ensure the best possible outcome for your home purchase.

Execute a Buyer Broker Agreement & Begin Showing!
At this stage, we formalize our partnership through a written agreement that authorizes us to act on your behalf as your agent. I am committed to providing exceptional service and flexibility, and I take this responsibility very seriously. To ensure the highest level of service, I limit my practice to a maximum of three Buyer Broker Agreements at any given time.
Given my commitment to providing personalized attention, my agent agreements are set for a duration of six months. Once we successfully execute your contract, I oversee every step of your contractual process. I do not pass you off to a coordinator. Through proven concept, this system delivers the optimal client experience.

Upon closing, Kasey or Jordan Reyes will be present for the final walk-through and closing to ensure that your purchase is completed smoothly and to your satisfaction.
Once your transaction is finalized and you’ve settled into your new home, we will continue to support you by providing quarterly market updates. This allows you to stay informed about your home’s value and track your growing equity. Should you consider selling and purchasing again in the future, we hope you will consider entrusting us with that process as well.

A Buyer Broker Agreement is required to produce a virtual tour on any listing that is not our own.

According to the current rules, we are permitted to show you our own listings without requiring a Buyer Broker Agreement upfront. However, if you decide to use our services to make an offer, we will need to enter into an agreement to ensure transparency regarding our compensation for our time and expertise.
If you have received different information previously, please be assured that we have written confirmation from the President of our MLS supporting our ability to show properties on behalf of our sellers. We understand the pressures of the buying process and aim to make your experience as straightforward as possible, without imposing upfront agreements for our listings.
